Pumpkin EggNog Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups BORDEN® EggNog
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 15 oz pure pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Sweetened Whipped Cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust; mix well. Pour into pie crust.

  2. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake 40 to 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
