Pumpkin EggNog Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups BORDEN® EggNog
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 15 oz pure pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Sweetened Whipped Cream (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust; mix well. Pour into pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake 40 to 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
